Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Specialist to join our team at Dynamic Funds, a subsidiary of Scotiabank. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for processing expense reports, maintaining business contracts, and verifying details in our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process expense reports for wholesalers by collecting and scanning receipts, inputting necessary information into the CRM, and initiating the approval process.
  • Charge expenses to correct G/L codes and cost centers by analyzing receipts and invoices, and recording entries.
  • Protect the organization's value by verifying Dynamic Sales Policies and Procedures spending limits are properly maintained.
  • Solicit contracts from vendors on behalf of Dynamic Sales, and create and manage a contracts strategy.
  • Work closely with Legal to ensure contracts are standardized and approved.
  • Collaborate with other Sales Associates to assist in the overflow of work whenever necessary.
  • Work closely with internal partners, including Compliance, Product Management, Marketing, and Mail Distribution to coordinate activities when needed.
  • Adapt to changing internal policies initiated by shifting trends within our industry.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a field such as Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • CSC or IFIC certification is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in PC applications and data entry skills.
  • General math skills and ability to learn and grow within the team.
