About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at LELIQUIM SERVICE INC. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Reception
    • Receive and forward telephone and electronic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Respond to emails and other correspondence in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Work on reports from manual and electronic files, inventories, and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Prepare and send invoices and bank deposits in a timely manner.
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Data Management
    • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
    • Locate and retrieve files requested by staff and management.
  • Office Organization
    • Organize and schedule office work to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a productive environment.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Experience
      • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
    • Language
      • Fluency in English.
    • Work Hours
      • 35 hours per week.
