Talent Acquisition Specialist

Tencent, a world-leading internet and technology company, is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join its team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing coordination support throughout the hiring cycle, including job description review, interview arrangement, and compliance checks.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong interests in a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Recruiting.
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of working experience, with past recruiting coordination experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to proactively seek improvements/solutions.
- Fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
