Auto Sales and Leadership Manager

We are seeking a seasoned General Sales Manager to lead our sales team at 401 Dixie Infiniti in Mississauga, ON.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, effective negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of success in auto sales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and directing all aspects of the Dealership Sales Department, ensuring high customer satisfaction ratings, and working closely with the Service Manager to prepare new and used vehicles for delivery.
Responsibilities- Supervise and direct all aspects of the Dealership Sales Department
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage rating at all times
- Work with the Service Manager to ensure quick preparation of new and used vehicles for delivery
- Review and price trade-ins
- Conduct regular meetings with sales staff and General Managers to plan, modify and review current issues and programs
- Strong leadership abilities
- Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to make sound decisions
- Experience in auto sales preferred
- Two (2) years of management experience
- Valid OMVIC License preferred
- Competitive compensation estimated to be around $80,000 - $120,000 per year
