Restaurant Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Dining Establishment Manager to join our team at ONroute. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong leader with excellent organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will have experience in food service management, customer service, and team supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
  • Evaluate health and safety regulations to ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional plans
  • Respond to customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain a positive reputation
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
