Job Title: Department Manager, Night

At Réno-Dépôt, we're looking for a skilled Department Manager to join our team in a night shift role. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing the merchandise stocking process, ensuring full shelf capacity standards are met, and supervising and training associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the merchandise stocking process, including supervising and training associates
  • Ensure full shelf capacity standards are met
  • Supervise and train associates to ensure adequate department coverage
  • Communicate effectively between day and night shifts
  • Ensure stock is fronted and displayed according to planograms
  • Generate reports and track Freight Flow metrics
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment
  • Provide superior customer service
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months stocking/receiving/inventory experience
  • Preferred qualifications:
    • 1 year experience working in a retail store or customer service position
    • 1 year supervisory experience, including coaching/training and evaluating the performance of direct reports
    • 3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment
    • Lifts up to 50 pounds without assistance and up to 100 pounds with or without assistance daily
