Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Samsung SDSCA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Operational Plans
Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks, optimize workflows, and improve overall operational efficiency.
Coordinate LogisticsOrganize and coordinate the movement of goods, materials, and equipment within the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Manage InventoryOversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Lead and Develop Team MembersTrain and develop warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
Monitor and Analyze PerformanceConduct regular performance reviews, analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize warehouse operations.
Requirements- Education
College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse operations or logistics role.
LanguageFluent in English.
Work Hours40 hours per week.
