Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist, ORSA (Own Risk and Solvency Assessment) to join our team. In this role, you will lead various assignments to support the own risk and solvency assessment process. Your responsibilities will include monitoring risk limits, preparing risk insights, and authoring management materials for senior executive committees and the Board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop risk reports and memos for working groups and committees.
  • Monitor the financial market and economic environment and assess its impact on capital requirements.
  • Evaluate models, model assumptions, and key metrics used for risk measurement.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of business and related risk management requirements, industry standards, and regulatory directives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience at a bank, insurance company, asset manager, or other types of financial institution. A postgraduate degree in a quantitative discipline is also necessary. You must have demonstrated experience with capital adequacy assessment (ORSA / ICAAP) and/or stress testing. Strong verbal and written communication skills, collaboration and team skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop data-driven decision-making are essential.
