We are seeking an experienced Senior Tunnel Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team in Toronto, Canada. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction planning and execution of tunnel infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring effective risk management and minimizing potential impacts.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to inform project decisions, optimize resource allocation, and improve overall project efficiency.
  • Maintain open communication channels with project stakeholders, providing regular updates, and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, construction management, business administration).
  • Minimum 13-15 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of tunnel infrastructure construction, including design, materials, and construction methods.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
