Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and financial guidance to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized advice and guidance
- Assist clients with a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Collaborate with internal partners to identify and pursue business opportunities and referrals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
Requirements
- Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal partners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
