Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized advice and guidance
  • Assist clients with a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to clients

Requirements

  • Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
