Job Title: Education Specialist

University of Toronto is seeking a highly qualified Education Specialist to teach our course, EDS200H5S Learning through the Lifespan. This is a part-time opportunity for a sessional lecturer.

About the Position:

This role requires teaching a university credit course, including preparation and delivery of course content, out-of-class interactions with students, development and administration of assignments, tests, and exams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging course content for EDS200H5S Learning through the Lifespan
  • Develop and administer assignments, tests, and exams
  • Engage in out-of-class interactions with students via email and office hours
  • Meet all normal duties related to the design and teaching of a University credit course

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience teaching this course or a similar course at the university level is preferred. Applicants should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
