Bakery Products Packager Job Description

Goulding's Wholesale Limited is seeking a skilled Bakery Products Packager to join our team. As a key member of our packaging team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient packaging of our bakery products.

Responsibilities:
  • Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials with precision and care.
  • Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers, adhering to quality control standards.
  • Check products and packaging for basic quality defects, ensuring a high level of quality control.
  • Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties, maintaining a smooth production workflow.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas, maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent food safety and handling skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a hot and cold/refrigerated environment, with a focus on physical stamina and manual dexterity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong team player mentality.
Work Environment:

Our bakery products packager will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on teamwork and quality control. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a hot and cold/refrigerated environment, with a strong attention to detail and a focus on physical stamina and manual dexterity.
