About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and Serving Guests: Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders, and process payments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring that all orders are accurate and meet our high standards.
- Teamwork and Communication: Work effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service and communicate clearly with guests and team members.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, working varying shifts, including days, nights, afternoons, and weekends.
