About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take customers' orders, and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and portion and wrap foods according to Subway's quality standards.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and able to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills required for the role.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
