About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our Digital Transformation initiative for Land Programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the modernization of our process and technology foundations, as well as the development of new business processes and models for service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of managers, developers, business analysts, and other experts to deliver quality services to our partner department and extensive client stakeholder groups.
  • Establish overall metrics for product delivery and cadence of project delivery activities.
  • Provide overall direction to the product team and manage communication both internally and externally with clients.
  • Coach, inspire, and educate colleagues about the opportunities of digital products.
  • Exhibit political acumen in managing and communicating with multiple stakeholders and partners.
  • User-centered and product development and management approaches to ensuring client satisfaction and simple experience.
  • Internet-era practices, and ability to effectively engage with multidisciplinary teams to achieve business/policy outcomes.
  • Contract management and negotiation, effective partnership management.
  • Effective budget management and human resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Relevant undergraduate university degree in an area relevant to the position.
  • Significant and relevant senior leadership experience, as well as product management experience and training.
  • Knowledge or understanding of the Land Registry and land-based system, as well as customer service center operations are considered an asset.
