Floral Sales Associate

About the Role:
The Floral Clerk is a key member of our Thrifty Foods team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering customer loyalty. As a Floral Clerk, you will be the face of our store, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, meeting customer needs and ensuring accurate cash-handling procedures at all times.
- Adhere to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, corporate policies, and other programs and initiatives.
- Process customer Floral orders, handle and prepare Floral products, and increase store sales by actively promoting products.
- Participate in the training of junior staff, order and receive stock in accordance with company inventory control procedures, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
