French Language Educator Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic French language educator to join our team at Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. as a part-time French tutor/coach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spoken and written French and English, and be comfortable teaching students up to a Grade 9 level, with a preference for up to Grade 12.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach French language classes to students in a small group setting
  • Follow the Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies
  • Fill in post-lesson notes and complete daily student communication updates
  • Maintain a friendly and professional manner at all times

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar certification in a relevant field
  • Fourth year university students with extensive tutoring experience will be considered
  • Teaching certification an asset
  • Good knowledge of the current Grades 9-12 French core curriculum
