We are on a mission to accelerate the transition of homes across North America away from burning fossil fuels to sustainable energy use. Our goal is to make it simple, transparent, and affordable for everyone to get a heat pump.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working as part of a crew to remove gas furnaces, install electric heat pump systems, and collaborate with engineering teams on how the product can be improved and the install process streamlined.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair residential electric heat pumps
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
  • Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
  • Test electrical systems for functionality and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrician or similar role
  • FSR designation nice to have, but not necessary
  • Strong knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in electrical work
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
  • Valid driver's license
