We're on a mission to accelerate the transition to sustainable energy use in North America. Our goal is to make it simple, transparent, and affordable for everyone to adopt heat pumps.
As a pioneer in the residential HVAC industry, we're looking for highly motivated and passionate licensed Electricians to join our team. As our first install crew, you'll be responsible for removing gas furnaces and installing electric heat pump systems. You'll work closely with our engineering teams to improve and streamline the install process.
Job OverviewWe're seeking individuals with deep residential install experience to help us prototype processes and procedures that will be implemented across North America. You'll be part of a crew that collaborates to complete projects efficiently and ensures compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair residential electric heat pumps
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
- Test electrical systems for functionality and efficiency
- Proven experience as an Electrician or similar role
- FSR designation nice to have, but not necessary
- Strong knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in electrical work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Valid driver's license
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $35.00-$50.00, a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package including dental care, extended health care, and vision care.
