Sr. Project Coordinator Opportunity

Join S I Systems as a Sr. Project Coordinator to support Commercial Banking initiatives. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days a week in our DT Toronto office.

This 6-month contract has potential for extension. Key qualifications include:

  • 7+ years of project coordination experience
  • Commercial banking LOB, employee experience, digital, and change management expertise
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with project managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and migration activities
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
  • Monitor project risks and issues
  • Assist with resource allocation and ensure teams have necessary tools and support
  • Support testing, validation, and sign-off activities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal banking policies

This role is ideal for those with a strong background in project coordination and a passion for Commercial Banking initiatives.
