About the Role

The successful candidate will provide nursing services to patients based on patient assessment and care planning procedures. They will work in a fast-paced environment, providing safety and health education to individuals and their families. The nurse must be able to monitor patients' progress, evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions, and consult with appropriate members of the healthcare team.

Requirements
  • Eligible for licensure as a practical nurse by the province/territory of work
  • Completion of the Canadian Practical Nurse Registration Examination
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Immunization records
  • Tuberculosis test
  • Adult Abuse Registry check
