- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role
This position is set in a commercial facility, where the supervisor will coordinate cleaning activities to maintain a pristine environment.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit and train cleaning personnel or facilitate their training
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
- Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
- Prepare financial plans and cost assessments for cleaning operations
- Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or equipment replacements
- Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed
- Coordinate cleaning schedules with other departments
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team
