Job Title: Registered Nurse - Home Care

Nurse Next Door - Maple Ridge, BC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Care Nurse. As a Home Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of clients' homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Assess clients' needs and develop personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document client progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in BC.
  • Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Double COVID-19 vaccination required.
  • TB test within 2 years.
  • Current First Aid with CPR.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Technically savvy with mobile apps and G-suite.
