We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting customer expectations.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a strong background in project management. They will be able to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including regular progress updates and issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, issues, and lessons learned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
  • Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification
  • Experience working in a financial services industry
