Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of payroll data. Your duties will include:

  • Payroll Processing: Verify employee data, calculate pay and deductions, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including time tracking, transfers, and terminations.
  • System Integration: Process payroll updates on multiple systems, including Ultipro HRIS, UTA, Comvida Scheduling, and ADP.

You will work closely with our HR team to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes and provide exceptional customer service to our employees.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Certification as a Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF Formulas, and SUMIF.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
