Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Henrietta Florida - Mcclenny. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting their dignity and well-being.
  • Support clients with regular exercise, such as walking, to maintain their physical health and mobility.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for clients.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote their mental and emotional well-being.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train for the role.
  • Ability to work in a non-smoking environment.
  • Relocation costs covered by employer.
  • Willingness to relocate.
Work Environment:

Our clients' homes are located in a variety of settings, and you will be required to work in a client's home. You will be provided with the necessary training and support to ensure your safety and well-being while working in these environments.
