Les Compagnies Loblaw Limitée est à la recherche d'un Agent de protection des actifs vêtu pour son magasin de Prince George, en Colombie-Britannique. Si vous êtes passionné par la fourniture d'une expérience d'achat exceptionnelle aux clients et de les dépasser à chaque étape, nous voulons vous rencontrer.

En tant qu'Agent de protection des actifs vêtu, vous serez chargé de bienvenue les clients lors de leur entrée dans le magasin et de leur fournir un service amical et de répondre aux initiatives de protection des actifs. Vous collaborerez avec les autres employés du magasin et pourrez être amené à effectuer d'autres tâches assignées selon les besoins.

Compétences et qualifications

- Fournir un service client exceptionnel et de soutien à tous les clients internes et externes.
- Répondre aux alarmes du gardien de la porte et à la vérification des réceptions selon les besoins.
- Évaluer les dangers de sécurité (par exemple, les dégâts, les sols humides, etc.) et prendre les mesures appropriées pour assurer la sécurité des clients.
- Escalader les situations de crise ou d'urgence dans les délais impartis.

- Maintenir et soumettre les rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels.
- Toutes les autres tâches selon les besoins.

Qualifications requises

- Expérience dans un environnement de vente préférée.
- Capacité à favoriser les partenariats avec les équipes de magasin.
- Compétences en service client exceptionnel avec un talent pour bâtir des relations.
- Démarche professionnelle, amicale et approchable.
- Capacité à rester calme dans des situations de tension élevée.
- Capacité à marcher ou à rester debout dans la même position pendant de longues périodes.
- Capacité à soulever jusqu'à 50 livres.
- Certifié en premiers soins et en réanimation est un atout.
