Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Accurately take reservations and manage guest flow to maximize seating capacity.
  • Efficiently escort guests to their tables, engage them in conversation, and seat them accordingly.
  • Recognize and acknowledge repeat guests, providing personalized service.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, table numbers, and server sections to ensure seamless service.
  • Communicate effectively with both guests and staff members to ensure a smooth dining experience.
  • Support service staff as needed, anticipating guest needs and providing direct assistance where possible.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar high-volume fine dining role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic outlook and personality.
  • Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Well-organized and strong time management skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
