At Element Fleet Management, we're redefining the fleet management industry to prioritize people and deliver exceptional client experiences. We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to our modernization initiative.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned developer with expertise in React, Java, and Spring Boot to design, develop, and maintain web applications. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll collaborate with our team leads, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure the quality and delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement front-end features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and other modern technologies
  • Integrate with back-end services using RESTful APIs, JSON, etc.
  • Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests using JUnit, Selenium, etc.
  • Work with our DevOps team to improve our CI/CD pipeline
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues
  • Lead a team of offshore developers, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure the quality and delivery of the projects
  • Optimize the stack for performance, security, and scalability within new projects and existing code
  • Follow best practices and coding standards
  • Document code and functionality
  • Contribute to component library to ensure a robust component-based framework

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or commensurate work experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a full stack developer or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of React, HTML, CSS, JS
  • Must have worked with Java/C# to integrate back-end
  • Experience with web development tools such as Webpack, Babel, NPM, Maven, etc.
  • Experience with databases such as PostGres, MongoDB, etc.
  • Experience with version control tools such as Git, SVN, etc.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, etc.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc
