Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Moulder Operator to join our team at Chief Medical Supplies Ltd. as part of our production department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and inspect the quality of material produced to meet our high standards.
  • Pack items for shipping and distribution with precision and care.
  • Set up and operate extruding machines to extrude plastic compound through a nozzle or die.
  • Set up and operate one or more moulding machines to mould plastic products.
  • Prepare and change moulds and adjust equipment for production line changes.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient production.
  • Trim and sand plastic or fiberglass parts to meet quality requirements.
  • Operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines with accuracy and precision.
Requirements
  • Forklift Operator Certification.
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced production environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The role requires standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads.
