The Agency is seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Manager to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to management and project teams, as well as assisting with project management from estimating to final project completion.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to management and project teams
  • Assist with project management, including financial tracking and bookkeeping
  • Perform bookkeeping, including monthly reconciliations, GST, payroll, and job costing
  • Ensure the CRM program is up to date
  • Assist the sales team in meeting sales and marketing targets
  • Manage social media, website, and other marketing/advertising tasks
  • Assist and manage the executive team with calendar and email management, travel arrangements, and other supports
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks Online, and Pro-Core or similar CM/ERP systems considered an asset
