Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Arc'teryx. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of product guides and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead a team of product guides in alignment with the Arc'teryx Vision, Purpose, and Values.
- Guest Experience: Deliver best-in-class guest experiences, building connections and committing to bold objectives both in-store and in our communities.
- Product Knowledge: Provide the highest level of product knowledge to guests, inspiring them to explore and learn about our products.
- Store Operations: Oversee the entire employee experience, from onboarding to offboarding, and ensure seamless store operations.
- Community Engagement: Collaborate with the Store Manager and Community Marketing Manager to execute store events that support the company mission and drive community involvement.
- Leadership Experience: 2-3 years of leadership and retail management experience.
- Dynamic Leadership: Dynamic leadership skills with the ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, motivate, retain, and develop future leaders.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to continuously evolve to achieve great results.
- Financial Acumen: Proven financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting sales, gross margin, expense control, and net profit.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively balance autonomy and collaboration.
- Competitive Compensation: A competitive salary range of $56,000 - $77,000 CAD per year.
