About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Integrated Marketing Manager to join our team. As a leader in cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute diverse marketing campaigns, manage creative development, oversee daily operations and budgets, and drive performance reporting to innovate Lyft's marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead cross-functional teams to concept and execute marketing programs, including brand/social campaigns, experiential marketing, and partnership activations.
  • Collaborate with our internal creative team and agency partners to manage creative development and ensure alignment with our brand strategy.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including business affair processes, budget management, legal approvals, and internal/external stakeholder reviews.
  • Develop go-to-market strategy and executional plan for marketing programs, including digital, video, out-of-home, and radio.
  • Own performance reporting in coordination with our internal media team and agencies, ensuring timely and accurate campaign metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and cultural trends that impact the media space, ensuring Lyft's strategy remains innovative and effective.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in advertising or marketing, with a proven track record of managing large-scale marketing campaigns.
  • Background working with traditional and digital media, with a strong understanding of KPIs and campaign performance metrics.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple campaigns/priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
