Job Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team at our Winnipeg branch as an Administrative Coordinator. This role involves providing administrative support to the Rexel Midwest Distribution Center team, ensuring a high level of customer service, and implementing quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to internal and external customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement and maintain quality standards, conduct audits, and manage non-conformities and corrective actions.
  • Manage invoicing, credit notes, and customer inquiries.
  • Receive and distribute daily mail and reports.
  • Ability to cross-train with other team members for holiday coverage and relief.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for warehouse staff.
  • Responsible for inventory management, including cycle counts and updating inventory records.
  • Support the warehouse manager with administrative duties as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct to the proper individuals or department.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 education (or equivalent) or the equivalent of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Proficiency in office software and systems, including Microsoft Office suite and AS400.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management is an asset.
