Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Esso Whitecourt. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic plans to increase sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Determine and implement strategic plans to launch new product lines and increase sales revenue.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships with business clients.
  • Organizational Development: Establish and maintain organizational policies and procedures to ensure efficient sales operations.
  • Performance Management: Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Skills: Ability to multitask, client focus, initiative, organized, and team player.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
