Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Esso - Whitecourt is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for determining strategic planning related to new product lines, establishing organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, and planning, directing and evaluating the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail establishments.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Establish Organizational Policies: Create and maintain policies and procedures that promote a positive and productive sales environment.
  • Lead Sales Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Build Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with business clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask, and a client-focused approach.
