We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to join our team at MYRA Systems, a leading provider of IT solutions and technology infrastructure. As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for providing operational support for our datacenter network environment.
Key Responsibilities- Configure, maintain, and support network infrastructure, including Cisco firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Respond to support tickets, troubleshoot network issues, and implement network changes.
- Monitor network performance and maintain network equipment, applying patches and upgrades.
- Create and maintain network documentation and diagrams.
- Work closely with project teams and vendors to assist with planning and implementation of network-related projects.
- Installation and maintenance of datacenter networking equipment.
- Provide after-hours network support in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
- Experience as a Network Administrator or similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting ability and knowledge of network protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 3+ years' experience managing Cisco firewalls and security policies.
- CCNA, CCNP, Network+ certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Azure Networking.
- Experience with Windows Server, VMware, Storage Area Networking, Citrix NetScaler.
