About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at KW Cellular and Computers Inc. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize returns, and ensure the overall smooth operation of the store.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
