About the Role

As the Professional Practice Leader, you will oversee departmental budgeting, resource allocation, and policy implementation, championing quality and risk management initiatives to ensure excellence in pharmaceutical care delivery. You will provide expert clinical guidance to our dedicated Pharmacy team, driving advancements in pharmaceutical care and collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to achieve holistic patient-centric care.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree from a recognized College of Pharmacy.
  • Current registration with the College of Pharmacists of BC.
  • Successful completion of Departmental Management Program Certificate CHA or HDM or equivalent course.
  • Minimum of five years hospital pharmacy experience and two years' related management experience.
