As an integral part of our Stadium Operations team, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional fan experience by assisting with event set-ups, tear downs, and field maintenance.
This is a full-time salaried position that requires flexibility to work varied hours based on event schedules. You will be responsible for executing event preparation, room and stadium set-ups, tear-downs, conversions, field painting, and field of play. Additionally, you will demonstrate strong communication skills by providing direction and coordination of seasonal and hourly staff.
In this role, you will also operate forklifts, loaders, and other equipment safely and effectively. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment will be essential in meeting deadlines and ensuring smooth event execution.
