Key Responsibilities- Greet all customers in a polite and friendly manner, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
- Assist customers by promoting products and services, locating merchandise, and making purchase decisions.
- Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management as needed.
- Maintain sales floor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, and setting up and maintaining product displays.
- Ensure proper handling of claims and returns, secure merchandise, and identify high-shrink items.
- Receive and stock merchandise, utilize equipment appropriately, and administer required paperwork and documentation.
- Refer appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as required.
- Stock merchandise, pick, and downstock as needed, applying product protection when required.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
