At Rum Runners Cake Factory, we're seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products meet our established standards. Your expertise in baking mixed dough and batters will be crucial in delivering exceptional results. In this role, you'll also be responsible for requisitioning materials, operating machinery, and maintaining inventory. **Work Setting:**
Our bakery operates in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on producing high-quality products. As a Baker, you'll work in a large volume bakery setting, where attention to detail and efficiency are essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
* Bake mixed dough and batters
* Prepare special orders
* Ensure the quality of products meets established standards
* Inspect kitchen and food service areas
* Operate machinery
* Organize and maintain inventory
