Job Title: Transportation Logistics Supervisor

CDS-Baggage Storage is seeking a highly skilled Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Logistics Operations: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring efficient and effective transportation of goods.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, including shippers and receivers, transportation route and crew schedulers.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, conduct performance reviews, and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in logistics and transportation. A college or CEGEP education is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
