Job Title: Transportation Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Etminan Trading Inc.

Job Summary:

The Transportation Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials between departments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to customers. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and process orders and instructions received from customers
  • Monitor and revise the type and quantity of materials required for production and other projects
  • Coordinate the movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, shipping schedules, and other relevant metrics
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of shipments, inventory, and other relevant data
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
