We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability Vice-President to join our team at IM Concrete Finishing Services Ltd. Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our sustainability team, ensuring that our organization's sustainability goals and objectives are met.
- Integration and Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure seamless integration of sustainability initiatives across the organization. Develop and maintain partnerships with external organizations, including suppliers, customers, and community groups, to advance our sustainability agenda.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion within our organization, including recruitment, retention, and development of underrepresented groups.
- Culture and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to promote cultural competency and awareness among employees, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
- Community Engagement: Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote our organization's sustainability initiatives and build relationships with local communities.

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving sustainability initiatives and promoting diversity and inclusion.
