About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Phoenix Traffic Control Ltd. as a Groundskeeper. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Load, unload, and transport construction materials as needed.
  • Maintenance: Clean and lubricate cranes to ensure optimal performance.
  • Training: Instruct apprentices in the proper techniques and procedures for construction tasks.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Earthwork: Level earth to fine grade specifications to ensure a stable construction site.
  • Paving: Pave and rake asphalt to create a smooth surface.
  • Environmental Safety: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to ensure a clean and safe working area.
  • Traffic Control: Direct traffic at or near construction sites to minimize disruptions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
