Are you a seasoned professional with experience in safety and security? We are looking for a dedicated Safety and Security Supervisor to join our team at the Eagle River Casino and Travel Plaza.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a similar environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to work effectively under pressure, and have a strong understanding of security protocols.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of security services.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on security incidents, progress, and other relevant information.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate are mandatory.
  • A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle for work-related travel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience working in a casino setting would be an asset.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including dental, health care, and vision care. This is a permanent full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.
