Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of slot machines, ensuring that they are functioning properly and providing excellent customer service to our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of slot machine technicians and attendants.
  • Conduct regular inspections of slot machines to ensure they are working correctly and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to players, responding promptly to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of slot machine performance, including meter readings and coin-in/coin-out data.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase player engagement and revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the gaming industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with slot machine operations and maintenance.
