Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborating with faculty and partners to determine the required capabilities of self-driving laboratories.
- Designing and developing customized hardware and software packages for building self-driving laboratories.
- Supervising the work of research staff and managing laboratory budgets.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in chemistry, materials science, life sciences, physics, engineering, robotics, computer science, or related discipline.
- Over 10 years of experience in accelerated research and development in the area of polymer synthesis.
- Strong experience presenting research at academic conferences.
