About the Job

Mahler Machining Ltd is seeking an experienced Machinist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC turning, milling, and multi-axis machining centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-precision components
  • Work with tight tolerances (microns to 5 thou) to ensure accurate and reliable results
  • Check machined parts and read technical drawings to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Fulfill detailed paperwork and record dimensions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and machine
  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines
  • Collaborate with team members to support other machinists and achieve production goals
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth production operations
  • Deburr and polish parts as required
